Whispering Winds

Another Year has passed us by may you all find the free riches of life
May you be free of sorrow and strife
May your health be great and may your cupboards be full
May you always see sunshine and joy and your life never be dull...

We made it through a year of tears
And many unknown and known fears
We held each other's hands
Even though we were spread throughout the land...

We never gave up, and to ourselves we were true
Forever searching for that something kind and new
We were so sad, but could never stay blue
Not when we had such good friends as you!!!!

When spirits were down
We would gather round
And turn that frown
Upside down!!!

We saw each other threw, never giving up, sometimes, just barely holding on
We listened to each other, and got through with a smile and a laugh and a pray and a song
We finally found a place to belong
Where we could move forward and forget the wrongs....

We chatted freely, and hopefully made each other smile
If only for a while
You all have a piece of me
And this forum will always be!!!

I don't know what else to say, to one and all of you.... I hope I have inspired you, and that you know that you have inspired me.... For a long time, I could not pick up a pen to write, so deep was my sorrow, and my pain, and some of you had pain too, but you helped me through, and times when I thought I could not go on, I had you there by my side.... Telling me it would be alright.... You held my, virtual hand so to speak, with fears of illness made my heart weep... I tried to hold yours, when you needed to smile too, and I hope this forum being here makes one and all feel a little better knowing that this is my one gift to all of you for standing by me, for being there, for laughing and crying with me.... for believing in Whispering Winds....

I have been waiting a year to tell you all why I called it Whispering Winds, and this is why, because the winds blow away the tears, they carry off our fears, the trees shelter and the wood keeps our home fires burning, so Whispering Winds is all of that, a place to rid one of tears, to bring rays of sunshine and hope, a place to feel safe and sheltered and a home where the homefire is always burning....

So, my dear dear friends may I once more extend a helping hand and say thanks from the bottom of my heart for being you and for sharing with me.... I hope to meet every single one of you one day, and I want you to know that I am who I say I am, I love life, and I believe that everyone should be treated with respect and that everyone needs and should know love....
